Our Programs
At Tamarack Gymnastics we strive to develop programs for all ages and abilities. Our goal is to encourage each athlete to meet their individual athletic goals while meeting new people, having fun, feeling comfortable and building confidence.
Recreational
Sprouts (ages 2-3)
Perfect for our tiniest gymnasts, Sprouts classes enhance motor, listening, and social skills through playful gymnastics activities. Parental participation makes it even more special, as you actively join in the fun!
Seedlings (ages 4-5)
Seedlings classes introduce basic gymnastics skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Perfect for little ones ready to take their first independent steps into gymnastics.
Saplings (ages 6-13)
Saplings classes follow the RecGym Pro program, where youth advance through levels at their own pace, based on individual abilities. For an overview of the RecGym Pro levels please click the link below:
Trampoline & Tumbling (ages 6-15)
Competitive
Tamarack Gymnastics runs the following pre-competitive & competitive teams. All teams are invite only and follow the rules laid out in the Tamarack Gymnastics Competitive Handbook. For more information about our competitive teams please contact our office.
Junior Tamarack (ages 4-9)
Our Junior Tamarack team is a specialized pre-competitive program designed for promising young athletes ages 4-9. The focus is on enhancing strength, flexibility, agility, confidence, and physical abilities in artistic gymnastics. This program builds the essential skills needed for competitive gymnastics, preparing athletes to advance into the competitive stream. Once in the competitive stream, athletes may compete at the Regional, Provincial, or National levels. Training for this program ranges from 4 to 9 hours per week.
Women's Artistic
Our Women's Artistic Gymnastics program follows the Junior Olympic levels 1-10. Athletes train between 6-18 hours per week, with training hours varying based on their level. Competitions are held throughout the province of Manitoba, and higher-level athletes also have the opportunity to compete across Canada and the USA.
Trampoline & Tumbling
Our Trampoline & Tumbling program adheres to the Trampoline Canadian Pathways Levels 1-7, including Junior and Senior levels. Athletes train between 6-18 hours per week, with international competition opportunities alongside domestic events across Canada and the USA, depending on their skill level
Specialty
Tamarack Gymnastics is proud to offer a variety of specialty programs tailored to fit unique needs and schedules.
